IRONIA E RE-CRIAÇÃO MESTIÇA NA LITERATURA LATINO-AMERICANA

Abstract

Taking as its basis the analysis of the theathre piece Adeus, Robinson, from Julio Cortázar, this article discusses the elements from which the Latin-American literature, specifically, renounces and translates the imperialist experience, changing the role assigned by the dominator’s speak to the colonized world. In that sense, by the own production context of the output of the piece in question, it is given special emphasis to the political situation of the 70’s, but simultaneously, it retrieves the value of this kind of literary production to the present time since it reclaims the cultural and political resistance character that differentiates it. Therefore, it is intended to contest the title of “Third World Literature”, eventually assigned to the ex-colonies production, as this classification gives to this speak an impassable subaltern position.
