In this paper we present a historical narrative which rewrite the beginnings and basis of the western modern science, specially from the scientific disciplines. To this rewrite’s history of science, we call of the counter-history of science, the history of science of the defeated or the hidden people by the western history of science. Here we explore the complex relationships between international trade and European research adventures in South Asia and the New World with the rise of the scientific disciplines
