UM ESTUDO HISTÓRICO SOBRE “TRISTERESINA”, A CIDADE SUBJETIVA DE TORQUATO NETO

Abstract

This work reflects about the historical possibility of an invisible city, necessarily subversive in relation the visible city and erected by words. Torquato Neto, the poet tropicalista of the Last Days of Paupéria, is the pré-text around which the argument is organized. In face of the recognition of that exists an incompatibility between the visible city – expresses in the town planner discourse – and the invisible city, resultant in broad measure of the form as the walkers subveare the order proposal by the maps and by the utopian discourse town planner, the work takes a name of author – Torquato Neto – and, to pretense of talk with his texts and experiments with images, is going to restore Tristeresina, Its subjective city.
